Maintaining relationships with customers **Reserva LW**, the company responsible for bottling **Clara and Lafonte waters** and part of the **Apiguana Group**, is seeking a **Commercial Representative (PJ)** to operate in the **North region of Fortaleza (Aldeota, Meireles, and surrounding areas)**, selling our range of **mineral and enhanced waters**, including **jugs and disposable bottles**. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Prospect new customers and develop the assigned territory; * Conduct commercial visits and negotiations; * Maintain relationships with the customer portfolio; * Monitor orders and identify opportunities to increase sales; * Achieve commercial targets and KPIs. **REQUIREMENTS** * Active CNPJ or willingness to register one; * Experience in field sales; * Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a results-oriented mindset; * Own vehicle and valid driver's license. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience in beverages, food, or distribution sectors; * Familiarity with the operational area and existing customer portfolio. **COMPENSATION** * 4% commission on sales; * Monthly bonus of R$ 1.000,00 for achieving KPIs; * Average monthly sales portfolio of R$ 100.000,00; * Excellent growth potential through prospecting new customers. **IMPORTANT INFORMATION** * Field-based role with freedom to organize your own schedule; * Operational area: Aldeota, Meireles, and surrounding areas – Fortaleza/CE.
