If you identify with our philosophy and meet the requirements listed below, join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct surveillance of internal premises, ensuring compliance with internal regulations and shopping center safety instructions by both tenants and customers; provide guidance and assistance to customers; * Perform pre-established patrols, observing crowd flow and behavior, taking necessary actions in case of suspicious activity; identify opportunities to improve customer comfort (mall sound levels, temperature, cleanliness, lighting, etc.) and report them to the responsible departments; * Report any abnormal situations observed to the Security Coordinator via radio using specific codes; * Thoroughly know the layout of the facility, including access points and critical areas; * Provide information and support to customers upon request, or direct them to the appropriate department for assistance; * Know the company’s core values to ensure appropriate conduct during routine or emergency situations; * Inform and guide customers regarding safety regulations, providing necessary support; * Remain constantly visible and avoid distractions; * Conduct regular patrols to prevent unauthorized openings of doors that should remain closed; * Respond to stores’ premises during emergencies or upon request from store managers to restore order or provide assistance; * Provide information and assist public security agencies when they intervene at the facility; * Support inspections of safety systems and cover colleagues’ assigned areas when requested; * Be prepared and fully aware of one’s role during emergencies and potential evacuations; * Forward lost children, as well as any found documents or items within the premises, to the responsible department; * Fully recognize the inappropriateness of diverting attention during conversations with colleagues or third parties; * Safeguard assigned equipment; * Perform other related duties. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in this role; * Experience in public or private security positions. * Certified Security Guard Training (Mandatory) * Updated Refresher Training * Preferred: First Aid Certification * Preferred: Prior experience in Fire Brigade **Competencies:** * Initiative * Attention to Detail * Courteousness * Self-Control * Ethics * Empathy * Proactivity **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Health and Dental Insurance * Meal Allowance or Food Voucher * Parking Credential * Life Insurance * Discounts at mall stores (subject to confirmation) * Wellhub (Gympass) **Work Schedule:** 5 days on / 2 days off **Working Hours:** To be defined (Afternoon/Night) For people, by people!
