Our purpose is to promote societal well-being and preserve lives. **Apply now and join us on this journey!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **As a Fleet Assistant, your focus will include:** * Monitor preventive and corrective vehicle/fleet maintenance according to the vehicle manual, recording mileage in the control spreadsheet; * Schedule preventive maintenance with suppliers as per the control spreadsheet to ensure vehicle preservation, when necessary; * Schedule corrective maintenance, when necessary, evaluating the supplier’s best cost-benefit ratio; * Daily monitoring of corrective and preventive maintenance service tickets from headquarters and branches via the Fleet Help Desk, checking open tickets, scheduling maintenance with suppliers, and closing tickets in the system after completion; * Manage vehicle documentation (IPVA, transfers, CRLV, etc.), verify expiration dates, and forward for payment, when necessary; * Monitor traffic violations, accidents, and vehicle damages per established procedures, when necessary; * Support onboarding training for new employees by explaining fleet-related routines; * Enter Service Orders (SO), prepare Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders in ERP systems related to fleet vehicle maintenance, when requested; * Configure ERP systems dedicated to fleet management (Good Card, SASCAR, Microsiga, and Help Desk) to monitor vehicle speed, routes used by drivers, and fuel consumption, ensuring optimization of corporate fleet management; * Allocate expenses related to Fuel, Leasing, Tracking, and Tire Repairs for headquarters and branch vehicles based on information provided by suppliers for payment and budgetary control; * Monitor maintenance costs against the available budget for each fleet contract, verifying alignment between budgeted and actual amounts; * Conduct vehicle inspections as scheduled; * Arrange Rents vehicle rentals according to demand; * Issue driver clearance certificates upon employee termination; * Register drivers and track CNH (driver’s license) expiration dates; * Conduct driver skill tests to authorize them to operate vehicles; * Prepare documentation for damage analysis with the Fleet Committee; * Perform other duties related to the position, as required by the department and directed by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic requirements include:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Driver’s license Category B. * Basic knowledge of Excel and Word; * Basic understanding of automotive mechanics; * Familiarity with ERP systems. **Additional Information** * Monthly salary: R$ 1\.946,42 * Health and Dental Insurance; * Meal Allowance or Food Allowance — Flexible (Ifood Benefícios); * Transportation Allowance; * Education institution partnership; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Pharmacy partnership; * Birthday day off; * Career development plan and growth opportunities; * An environment that values feedback; * Continuous learning environment; * Culture of collaboration across teams.
