**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Carry out the preventive maintenance schedule under your responsibility according to issued service orders, following previously established activity checklists;
* Perform urgent or emergency (corrective) services as directed by your supervisors;
* Work in accordance with occupational health, safety, and hygiene standards; ensure proper care and conservation of materials, tools, and work equipment;
* Assist your supervisors in reviewing the preventive maintenance plan for electrical and refrigeration systems, contributing practical experience to continuously improve its content;
* Conduct daily readings of electricity meters and other electrical parameters, record them on the appropriate form, and submit them to the Supervisor for analysis;
* Inspect the remaining service life of electrical equipment, performing maintenance and verification tests—including for tenant stores when requested;
* Assemble lighting and power distribution panels using components such as main switches, meters, circuit breakers, etc.; run wiring through conduits and raceways; make connections and linkages to busways; perform verification tests and mount them at appropriate locations to supply power to stores and shopping center facilities;
* Install temporary power and lighting connections, as well as wires and other components for short-term or occasional tasks;
* Verify phase amperage of the electrical current and record measurements on the appropriate form to assess store consumption;
* Perform other related duties.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:**
* Completed High School education;
* Electrician training course;
* NR10 and NR35 certifications;
* Proficiency with automation systems;
* Familiarity with safety laws and regulations;
* Prior experience in the field is a plus.
