Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and installations in industrial kitchens, ensuring safe and efficient operation. What You Will Do Here: You will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and installations in industrial (fast\-food) kitchens, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of systems. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and fast\-food equipment, including appliances (refrigerators, cold rooms, refrigerators, etc.); * Repair equipment such as deep fryers, ovens, exhaust fans, etc.; * Provide technical support to the assigned site/store; * Estimate maintenance and fabrication time and costs; * Ensure the store's electrical system functions properly. What We Are Looking For: * Technical vocational training in Refrigeration Mechanics, Electroelectronics, or related fields; * Experience with maintenance in industrial kitchens or refrigeration equipment; * Certification in NR10 and NR35 standards; * Availability to work weekends and nights according to a 6x1 schedule; * Availability to work at KFC stores in Minas Gerais.
