Requirements: * High school diploma preferred; * No prior experience required; * Basic computer skills preferred; * Knowledge of invoices and cargo manifests is a plus; Responsibilities: * Receive and verify delivery route lists for products destined to Vonixx customers and stores, paying attention to the quantity and type of products to be shipped; * Conduct verification of all orders picked at the loading dock, based on order verification, product checking, and counting of all items, while observing priorities indicated by the immediate supervisor to ensure delivery accuracy; * Verify truck loading with pre-picked and verified orders, assessing compliance with the delivery sequence as well as identifying any products loaded inconsistently with the waybills, thereby contributing to delivery accuracy and efficiency; * Perform verification of cargo manifests, ensuring compliance regarding item quantity, weight, and destination; * Verify orders destined for international delivery, focusing on accuracy of batch identification, weight, packaging, quantity, and types of items, among other factors, to ensure product delivery quality to the customer; * Prepare reports on performed verifications, documenting identified discrepancies in order picking—whether shortages or overages—to support the immediate supervisor in decision-making.
