Founded in 2012, its first outlet opened in the Conjunto Ceará neighborhood of Fortaleza/CE. From the outset, our core focus has been friendliness, lightness, affordable pricing, original creations, innovation, and brand differentiation. The name "Japamania" merges "Japa" (Oriental food, especially sushi) and "Mania", symbolizing our dream of becoming a true passion for our customers. On 2 weekdays, the shift runs from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM (8 hours). On the other 4 days, the shift runs from 4:00 PM to 11:30 PM (7 hours). Scheduling follows a Monday-to-Monday cycle, with 1 fixed weekday off and 1 Sunday off per month (this Sunday off begins after 1 month of employment). Regarding transportation, we provide a Transportation Allowance of R$ 5.40 for the commute to work and R$ 5.40 for the return trip. **RESPONSIBILITIES – WAITER (JAPAMANIA)** **1\. Customer Service** * Greet customers cordially and efficiently * Present the menu and clarify questions * Suggest products and promotions (suggestive selling) * Register orders accurately and attentively **2\. Order Processing** * Enter orders into the system or onto order slips * Verify orders before forwarding them to the kitchen * Monitor preparation and delivery timing **3\. Delivery and Customer Support** * Serve orders at tables or the counter * Ensure organization and cleanliness of the dining area * Monitor customer satisfaction throughout service **4\. Environment Organization** * Maintain clean and orderly tables, counters, and service areas * Restock supplies (chopsticks, napkins, packaging, etc.) * Adhere to hygiene standards and personal presentation guidelines **5\. Teamwork** * Support kitchen and cashier staff as needed * Report order inconsistencies or issues * Follow leadership instructions **6\.
