If you identify with who we are ***\#VemSerSolar \#PaixãoQueTransforma \#SedeQueImpulsiona*** **Responsibilities and Duties** #### **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** * Leading and aligning your team (monitoring, training, feedback, delegation, conflict resolution, motivation, performance evaluation, professional development, hiring, reassignment, termination, among others); * Promoting and embedding organizational culture within your team (Business, Mission, Vision, Values, and Strategy); * Ensuring updates to area policies and procedures, as well as serving as the point of contact during internal audits; * Ensuring compliance with sector standards, processes, routines, and policies; * Defining, implementing, monitoring, and analyzing area performance indicators and defining strategies to improve results; * Preparing and presenting reports, forms, or spreadsheets to your immediate manager, as requested. * Collaborating with your immediate manager to define the area’s strategic and budgetary planning. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **What You Need to Have:** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; * Knowledge of budgeting; * Experience in team management and/or graphic materials production; * Valid driver’s license, Category "B". #### **It’s a Plus If You:** * Hold a postgraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields; * Possess technical knowledge in internal and administrative controls, engineering, project and product development, and production (Electronics, Welding, Adhesive Bonding, etc.); * Have basic English proficiency; * Have experience in administrative or accounting areas. **Working Hours:** **Additional Information** #### **See Some Other Benefits of Being Solar:** To care for your health and safety: * Health insurance plan with special conditions for you and your dependents; * Telemedicine services covering multiple specialties, including telepsychology; * Dental insurance plan; * Emotional Well-being Program; * Wellhub (fitness center network); * Life insurance.
