WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

Description

Requirements: * Bachelor's degree preferred; * Experience in the field; * Postgraduate studies will be an advantage; * Basic knowledge of people management; * Knowledge of supply chain; * Basic knowledge of warehouse management. Responsibilities: * Supervise raw material (chemical and dry) and other item replenishment levels required to meet Vonixx's operational demands, based on analysis of consumption records and reports and production forecasts, ensuring adequate safety stock for uninterrupted company operations; * Supervise inventory replenishment operational procedures by evaluating compliance with safety protocols, accuracy in item organization, identification, and location within the warehouse, aiming to ensure process flow efficiency; * Supervise interdepartmental coordination with units involved in supply processes—including procurement, accounting, finance, production, and logistics—identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions to ensure smooth workflow across the department; * Monitor demand fulfillment from Production Planning and Control (PCP), production departments, stores, and internal usage/consumption areas, through supervision of delivery timelines and item availability; * Ensure inventory accuracy for the raw materials warehouse (DMP) and general warehouse, based on supervision and analysis of weekly inventory counts; * Monitor departmental performance indicators (KPIs), such as Savings, Lead Time, and productivity, to provide timely information to immediate management for decision-making and to report KPIs to senior management, supporting achievement of company-established goals; * Manage the team by supervising and monitoring daily activities, identifying development opportunities, proposing training initiatives, evaluating team results, scheduling vacation periods, tracking absences, among other duties, aiming to build a high-performance team aligned with organizational objectives.
