




Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for qualifying leads, serving customers, maintaining updated records, and actively participating in team meetings for planning and results. Active participation in team meetings and planning Handle leads captured by marketing and qualify them to ensure such leads truly have the potential to become customers. Serve customers and answer their questions; Qualify customers; Forward qualified customers to closers; Respond to customers via Google My Business; Update customer service spreadsheets; Register customer information in internal control spreadsheets; Categorize customers for database updates; Archive customers on WhatsApp once orders are closed; Participate in daily team meetings; Adjust prices and add products to the online store; Participate in planning meetings and weekly results presentations; Participate in monthly results meetings; Conduct follow-ups with inactive customers; Participate in one-on-one meetings with the manager.
