Job Summary: We are seeking a sales team leader to manage store operations, motivate team members, and ensure excellence in customer service, aiming to achieve business results and standardize daily routines. Store operations coordination and excellence in customer service **Employment type**: CLT **Work schedule**: 6 days on / 1 day off — business hours **Location**: São Paulo — Interlagos — in-person at a shopping mall **Main Responsibilities:** * **Achieve store targets** through excellent customer service aligned with company KPIs; * **Lead, motivate, and engage the team**, fostering a positive and productive work environment; * **Monitor sales negotiations and support sales staff** to ensure effective deal closures; * **Manage and develop the team**, providing training, feedback, and tracking individual progress of each team member; * **Coordinate store operations**, ensuring smooth internal processes and standardized routines; * **Represent company values**, serving as a role model for professional conduct and commitment. **What We’re Looking For:** * Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication; * Results-oriented mindset and ability to exceed goals; * **Proven experience leading sales teams**; * **Prior experience in the furniture industry is mandatory**; * Ability to make decisions, resolve conflicts, and inspire others; * Easy access to the South Zone of São Paulo. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Base salary: R$ 3.500,00; * Sales commission + performance bonuses (average monthly income of R$ 6.000,00, potentially exceeding R$10.000,00); * Transportation voucher (VT) and meal voucher (VR); * Life insurance; * Health insurance; * TotalPass; * Partnership with Senac, offering up to 50% discount on undergraduate courses.
