Perform domestic and international road and ocean freight quotation, including monitoring the entire process from order closure to shipment dispatch. Participate in shipping scheduling meetings. Monitor order portfolio to develop shipping schedules. Plan and prepare weekly shipping schedules. Analyze monthly freight entry spreadsheet data. Prepare monthly financial execution reports corresponding to shipments. Prepare monthly closing presentation reports and dashboards. Guide and supervise assistant and forklift operator activities, from planning through to shipment. Previous experience as Logistics Coordinator, Supply Chain Specialist, Supply Chain Analyst, or Logistics Supervisor may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
