If you are passionate about what you do and seek a dynamic and challenging environment, this is your opportunity. ### **Job Objective** Receive workshop customers, identify their needs, deliver technical and commercial support for maintenance and repair services, prepare quotations, monitor service execution, and ensure customer satisfaction while guaranteeing compliance with dealership and manufacturer quality standards. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Receive customers and provide consultative support. * Identify vehicle maintenance and repair needs. * Prepare quotations and present recommended services. * Obtain customer approval for services. * Create and monitor Service Orders (SO). * Keep customers informed about repair progress and delivery deadlines. * Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proper service execution. * Conduct vehicle inspections upon arrival and delivery. * Advise customers on completed services, preventive maintenance, and technical recommendations. * Ensure compliance with manufacturer and dealership processes. * Monitor quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction indicators. * Contribute to achieving the workshop's revenue targets and service sales goals. **Requirements** -------------- * Completed high school education. * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Commercial Management, or related fields is preferred. * Knowledge of automotive mechanics. * Knowledge of customer service and after-sales processes. * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite). * Prior experience in automotive dealerships or workshops is preferred. * Valid driver's license (Category B).
