Job Summary: Farias Brito Educational Organization is seeking a Graphic Designer to develop visual assets, create visual identities, and collaborate with creative teams, ensuring brand consistency. With 90 years of history in the education sector, Farias Brito Educational Organization is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties****Responsibilities:** ---------------------- * Develop visual assets for online and offline campaigns (social media posts, advertisements, printed materials, presentations, banners, short videos, etc.). * Create visual identities, graphic concepts, and art directions for campaigns. * Collaborate with account management, social media, and copywriters to transform briefs into creative deliverables. * Ensure visual standards, brand consistency, and aesthetic quality across all deliverables. * Design layouts, compositions, simple animations, and format adaptations. * Participate in the creative conception of campaigns, suggesting visual solutions and ideas. * Stay updated on design trends, digital aesthetics, and industry best practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** --------------- * Proven experience in graphic design and/or art direction at an agency. * Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and preferably Premiere/After Effects. * Ability to interpret briefs and translate them into creative and functional deliverables. * Strong organizational skills, refined aesthetic sense, and attention to detail. * Up-to-date portfolio. * Preferred qualifications: * Experience in motion design. * Familiarity with performance-oriented design (creatives for paid traffic). * Skill in visual storytelling. **Additional Information** We offer: * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Sesc membership benefits; * Education incentives; * Opportunity to work at a renowned and continuously growing institution; * Emphasis on innovation and continuous professional development.
