Job Summary: Support the management of lease agreements, insurance policies, regulatory documentation, and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Document and contract management, monitoring deadlines and legal requirements. **Main Responsibilities** Support the organization, control, and updating of unit lease agreements, monitoring validity periods, renewals, IPTU (Urban Property Tax), and related documents. Assist in the management and control of property insurance policies, including buildings, contents, and inventories, ensuring information and renewal deadline updates. Monitor regulatory documentation for units, tracking validity periods, renewals, and pending items with competent authorities. Support the control and organization of the following mandatory documents and licenses: AVCB (Fire Department Inspection Certificate); Operating License; Sanitary License; CREFITO Registration; DRF; CNES. Assist in monitoring preventive and mandatory maintenance activities for units, ensuring adherence to schedules and legal requirements, including: Cistern and water tank cleaning; Pest control and rodent control; Selective waste collection contracts; Preventive maintenance of air conditioning units; Maintenance of fitness equipment and clinical service equipment. Support the organization of documents, physical and digital files, ensuring easy access to information and documentary compliance. Develop and update regulatory area control spreadsheets, indicators, and reports. Provide administrative support to departmental requests, contributing to operational compliance of units and adherence to legal and regulatory standards. Requirements: * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, Management Processes, Executive Secretariat, or related fields. * Preferably enrolled from the 5th semester onward. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and other electronic spreadsheet tools for organizing, controlling, and tracking information. * Familiarity with administrative routines, document management, and contract control is desirable. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong planning and deadline-tracking abilities. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Aptitude for working with controls, processes, and regulatory documentation. * Proactivity, sense of responsibility, and interest in developing expertise in the Regulatory and Administrative Compliance area.
