Coco Bambu’s Maintenance Audit Unit is seeking professionals to assess and control maintenance processes across our units. The professional will conduct physical and documentary inspections to ensure compliance with the company’s technical and operational standards.
We seek a technically minded professional with strong attention to detail, capable of evaluating and ensuring maintenance process compliance according to Coco Bambu standards. The professional will conduct physical and documentary inspections, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency of processes. **Responsibilities and Duties**
* Conduct physical and documentary inspections at Coco Bambu units, evaluating compliance with maintenance technical and operational standards;
* Verify execution and quality of preventive and corrective maintenance services, identifying opportunities for improvement;
* Monitor and audit contracts and technical documentation to ensure compliance with established schedules and standards;
* Issue audit reports documenting non-conformities, recommendations, and deadlines for correction;
* Ensure standardization of maintenance processes across all units, in accordance with the company’s defined technical and operational standards;
* Update and monitor performance rankings of audited units;
* Verify activities recorded in the maintenance application, ensuring proper execution and closure of service orders;
* Monitor and analyze maintenance costs and indicators;
* Contribute to updating technical procedures and checklists, aiming for continuous process improvement;
* Support coordination with utility providers (electricity, water, gas, etc.) and validate related controls and records.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering;
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
* Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD;
* Prior experience in building and equipment maintenance;
* Knowledge of technical and regulatory standards (ABNT, NRs, etc.);
**Additional Information**
* Work location: Fortaleza\-CE.
* Willingness to travel.
* Initial remuneration: R$4\.400,00 .
