Benefits administration and analysis of labor-related demands A chemical products manufacturing company seeks an HR Payroll Analyst in Fortaleza. **Responsibilities:** Ensure that labor relations between the company and its employees are managed effectively, ethically, and in compliance with current legislation. Perform full payroll processing, including calculations of remuneration, deductions, and social taxes. Submit ancillary obligations to e\-Social, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and deadlines. Administer employee benefits (e.g., health plans, transportation vouchers, etc.). Analyze and address labor and tax-related demands pertinent to the department. Prepare managerial reports and maintain organized employee documentation.
