Perform full payroll processing, including calculations of remuneration, deductions, and social taxes. Submit ancillary obligations to e\-Social, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and deadlines. Administer employee benefits (e.g., health plans, transportation vouchers, etc.). Analyze and address labor and tax-related demands pertinent to the department. Prepare managerial reports and maintain organized employee documentation.
