Process Analyst

Job Summary: The professional will map, analyze, and propose improvements to internal processes, modeling, documenting, and monitoring projects to ensure alignment and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Map and analyze internal processes for continuous improvement. 2. Construct AS-IS and TO-BE diagrams using BPMN notation. 3. Support the definition of performance indicators (process KPIs). **Your Responsibilities:** * Map, analyze, and propose improvements to the company's internal processes; * Conduct process assessments, analyses, and modeling; * Map the current workflow (AS-IS) based on interviews, observations, and document analysis; * Construct AS-IS and TO-BE diagrams using appropriate notations (e.g., BPMN); * Formalize process documentation (descriptions, flowcharts, procedures); * Support the definition of performance indicators (process KPIs); * Develop schedules and monitor project execution; * Ensure cross-departmental alignment to meet deadlines and maintain quality; * Document processes and keep manuals and policies up to date. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Project Management, or related fields; * Experience with BPMN process modeling; * Proficiency in BPMS tools (Bizagi, IBM BPM, or Oracle BPM Suite); * Experience in process mapping and continuous improvement methodologies (BPM, Lean, Six Sigma); * Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, MS Planner, Jira).
