Job Summary: Professional to support planning and execution of civil construction projects, on-site service inspection, and monitoring of schedules and costs. Key Highlights: 1. Support in project and team management RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support planning, monitoring, and execution of civil construction projects; * Assist in on-site service inspection according to project specifications and technical guidelines; * Monitor physical schedules and support deadline and cost control; * Assist in preparing quantity surveys, technical reports, and daily construction logs; * Support material, resource, and equipment control used on site; * Monitor suppliers, subcontracted teams, and service providers; * Assist in reading and interpreting architectural, structural, and complementary drawings; * Support the technical team in resolving on-site construction demands; * Follow and support compliance with occupational safety and environmental regulations. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed or nearing completion of a Civil Engineering degree; * CREA registration preferred, or currently in the process of obtaining it; * Basic knowledge of drawing interpretation and construction site routines; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Familiarity with engineering software (AutoCAD or similar) is preferred; * Willingness to learn, proactive attitude, organized approach, and strong communication skills. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, business hours * Salary: To be negotiated * Benefits: To be negotiated Interested candidates should send their resumes to curriculo@cmendescarneiro.com.br with the subject line “Civil Engineer (Junior) – Fortaleza”.
