Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to work in occupational safety, delivering training, managing PPEs and fire-fighting equipment, scheduling ASOs (Occupational Health Certificates), and investigating accidents. Monitor NRs (Normative Rules) and investigate accidents If you share our values of innovation, ethics, and respect, and wish to join a team focused on excellence and leadership in the automotive sector, this is your opportunity! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Deliver onboarding training for new employees, introducing internal safety rules and procedures. * Manage the distribution, usage, and replenishment of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Perform inspection, monitoring, and management of fire extinguishers and other fire-fighting equipment. * Schedule ASOs (Occupational Health Certificates), pre-employment, periodic, termination, and supplementary medical examinations. * Monitor compliance with Normative Rules (NRs) and internal procedures. * Investigate accidents and incidents, preparing reports and preventive action plans. * Support the preparation and updating of technical documents and area reports. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical qualification in Occupational Safety * Knowledge of labor legislation and normative rules. * Prior experience in the field is a plus. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactive attitude. **Additional Information** * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance or food voucher; * Health insurance (optional enrollment); * TotalPass; * Mental health support program; * Discounts at educational institutions. **The ADTSA Group**, one of the largest automotive groups in Northeastern Brazil, operates in the states of Alagoas, Ceará, and Pernambuco.
