Join this team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor daily on-site service execution using management and service-tracking software; * Track material quantities and consumption for on-site services; * Prepare production monitoring reports for on-site services to support payroll closing for employees; * Supervise on-site service execution in accordance with project specifications and quality management system requirements, and record acceptance of completed construction services; * Assist in quantifying on-site work for contract preparation, service packages, and material requisitions; * Assist in collecting proposals and documentation for third-party contract preparation; * Monitor executed services and assist in compiling planning and production data; * Gather and compile field information to support the Engineer’s decision-making process regarding material selection based on technical specifications; * Guide and direct operational teams during task execution; * Support the Foreman in material supply for on-site services; * Perform other duties related to the position, as required by the department and directed by management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (from the 4th semester onward) in Civil Engineering or Production Engineering; * Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; * Intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD; * Basic proficiency in Revit; * Basic proficiency in MS Project; * Familiarity with Power BI; * Basic knowledge of budget management, planning, and control; * Basic knowledge of quality management. **Additional Information** Working hours: 44 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
