A professional to monitor and ensure food safety and production process compliance, implementing self-control programs and conducting analyses.

**Requirements:**
Bachelor's degree or final-semester student in Food Engineering.
Knowledge of GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP, laboratory analyses (pH, moisture, salinity, yield), and basic food industry hygiene concepts. Experience in animal-origin product (POA) processing industries, familiarity with self-control programs (PAC), and intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
**Responsibilities:**
Ensure food safety and production process compliance through rigorous monitoring of hygienic-sanitary standards. Assist in implementing self-control programs to guarantee the final product is free from contamination, including: PAC and GMP monitoring, temperature control, sanitation monitoring (PPHO), completion of spreadsheets and reports, deviation identification (non-conformance handling), incoming and outgoing goods inspection, contamination control, internal and external analysis monitoring and execution, employee training, and other duties inherent to the position.
**Benefits:**
Salary: R$2.000,00 per month
Meal Allowance: R$15.00 per day.
Transportation Allowance: R$10.80 per day.
