Availability to work 100% on-site in Porto Alegre/RS, Petrópolis/Três Figueiras neighborhoods. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties** Post job openings; Review resumes; Conduct candidate interviews; Refer candidates to interviews with the hiring department; Jointly define, with the hiring manager, the most suitable candidate matching the desired profile; Manage the onboarding process; Maintain control spreadsheets and update the Gupy system.
