Job posting across multiple channels and outreach to institutions The company is seeking a Junior Recruitment and Selection Consultant based in Eusébio. **Responsibilities:** Align job requirements with clients. Develop and agree on recruitment timelines with clients. Post job openings across various channels and contact partner institutions for in-person initiatives. Screen and prospect candidates. Conduct individual and group interviews, both in-person and remote. Coordinate interview schedules and submit shortlists to clients. Map candidates and maintain a qualified candidate database with ongoing relationship management. Previous experience as a Junior Recruitment and Selection Analyst, Recruitment and Selection Assistant, Recruitment and Selection Intern, or Junior Recruitment and Selection Coordinator may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor's degree in progress.
