Want to launch your Psychology career by working directly with C-Level executives and strategic career projects? This is your chance to learn Outplacement hands-on, with close mentorship and room to grow. You will join a consultancy specialized in professional relocation, supporting experienced consultants and gaining direct exposure to real career transition processes. Here, you won’t just be another intern: you’ll actively contribute to deliverables and see the impact of your work. * Conduct active job hunting for opportunities targeting C-Level clients. * Support resume and LinkedIn profile restructuring. * Assist in administering, correcting, and evaluating assessments. * Organize information and tracking reports for clients. * Provide support to the consultant responsible for relocation. * Assist in contacting companies and headhunters when necessary. * Contribute ideas for continuous improvement of Outplacement processes. Requirements: **Mandatory requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a Psychology program from the 6th semester onward. * Availability for a hybrid model (in-person once per month). * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented. * Interest in working in Outplacement, Recruitment & Selection, or Career Development. * Proactive profile with eagerness to learn and assume responsibilities. **Preferred qualifications:** * Prior internship experience in HR, recruitment, or customer service. * Experience with LinkedIn (profile optimization, networking, job searching). * Familiarity with psychological or behavioral assessments. * Aptitude for negotiation and relationship-building with diverse professional profiles. * Analytical mindset to interpret data, assessment results, and performance indicators.
