Job Summary: A professional to manage HR processes, employee engagement, and organizational culture in a medical laboratory. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct recruitment and selection, training and development. 2. Carry out performance evaluations and continuous feedback. 3. Strengthen internal communication and organizational culture. A medical laboratory is seeking a Professional Human Resources Department Analyst in Fortaleza. **Responsibilities:** Execute activities ensuring implementation of policies and programs aligned with the company’s strategic planning. Monitor and update departmental performance indicators. Manage recruitment and selection processes, including interviews, tests, group dynamics, and other appropriate tools. Conduct Training Needs Assessment (TNA) and develop capacity-building, training, and development programs. Plan and conduct performance evaluation processes, probationary period reviews, and provide continuous feedback to employees, managers, and executive leadership. Collaborate closely with the Marketing department to develop and implement internal marketing (endomarketing) initiatives, thereby strengthening internal communication, employee engagement, and organizational culture. Conduct visits to facilities to align behaviors, attitudes, and organizational culture. Bachelor’s degree required.
