Job Summary: Responsible for assisting in quality control activities, monitoring product certifications, and managing regulatory documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Perform quality control and product certification. 2. Manage regulatory processes and audits. 3. Provide comprehensive support in quality and certification. Description: * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in administrative or engineering fields (telecommunications, electrical, electronics, production, etc.); * Basic Office suite proficiency; * Familiarity with manufacturing processes. ADDITIONAL ASSETS: * Knowledge/experience with regulatory bodies (Anatel/Inmetro); * Knowledge of products and technology; * Knowledge of regulatory and audit processes; * Basic English proficiency. * Assist the Quality Control team with daily activities; * Generate and analyze Quality Control data; * Monitor and carry out product certification with regulatory authorities; * Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the Quality Management System (QMS); * Generate QMS-related reports and Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey results; * Support activities related to the production process; * Analyze and identify certification requirements for new GET/TCN/OX products; * Monitor ongoing certification processes; * Categorize and subcategorize responses from external customer satisfaction surveys; * Open and manage Customer Records (CRs) with relevant organizational departments; * Contact manufacturers to gather information and request samples relevant to certification processes; * Complete, compile, and manage documentation required for product certification with regulatory authorities; * Arrange shipment of product samples to certification bodies; * Carry out all necessary actions to ensure product certification is issued in the shortest possible time; * Monitor validity periods of issued certificates and plan renewals; * Review packaging and manuals against current standards; * Conduct sample control for new projects; * Monitor testing of products and samples; * Provide support to other company departments when possible and necessary; * Conduct final product inspections when required. 2512250202491935392
