Today, we are one of the largest construction and real estate development companies in Ceará, recognized for our credibility, bold projects, and technological innovation. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan, organize, and monitor mandatory and technical training sessions. * Design practical and role-specific learning paths. * Develop supporting content and materials (manuals, presentations, practical guides). * Monitor learning curves and onboarding adaptation of new employees. * Support leaders in the technical and behavioral development of teams. * Design and monitor leadership development programs. * Support leaders in practicing continuous feedback. * Conduct site visits to construction sites and operational units for needs assessment. * Support standardization of development practices across operational areas. * Monitor DHO department KPIs (training hours, participation rates, effectiveness, performance, early turnover, etc.). * Ensure proper organization of training records, evidence, and documentation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields; * Experience in Training and Development, DHO (Human Development and Organization), or Corporate Education; * Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; * Basic knowledge of performance evaluation. * Preferred experience in civil construction, industrial sectors, or operational environments. **Additional Information** Working hours: 44 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
