THE TRANSPORT SOCIAL SERVICE (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRANSPORT TRAINING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, respectively, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby announce the opening of registrations for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice.
**1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:**
1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages.
1\.2\. Candidates approved in this process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order.
1\.3\. This selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its implementation shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT.
POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES
2\.. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below:
**POSITION:** Sports and Leisure Instructor
**EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT).
**BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) — employee’s monthly fee covered by the company; dependent(s)’ monthly fee borne by the employee.
2\.1\. Work schedule and shifts will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call; the candidate must declare availability for the assigned schedule. Candidates declining the vacancy due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process.

**Job Summary:** Delivers sports, leisure, and recreation classes at the Operational Unit, as well as courses and lectures; supports the coordinator in planning and developing SEST’s sports and leisure promotion initiatives and in executing administrative activities within the area.
**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:**
**NOTE:** Proof of the requirements listed below may be requested at any time.
**EDUCATION:**
Completed undergraduate degree — Bachelor’s in Physical Education.
Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated via:
a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or;
b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following graduation).
PILATES CERTIFICATION.
Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated via:
a) Diploma/Certificate duly signed by a recognized institution.
ACTIVE REGISTRATION WITH THE REGIONAL COUNCIL OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION (CREF).
**PROOF:** Copy of the Professional Identity Card issued by the relevant Regional Council. (At the time of admission, a “no records” certificate issued by the council will be required.)
**EXPERIENCE:**
Proven professional experience in developing and implementing sports and leisure projects for diverse audiences.
**PROOF:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements; otherwise, submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated via:
a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and the nature of services rendered, along with a detailed description of activities performed;
b) Or copy of the Work and Social Security Booklet (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly linking the position held to the one sought (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature correlating to that required in the Selection Process);
c) Or copy of the service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove required experience.
