**Responsibilities and Attributions**
* Lead the overall operation and maintenance (O\&M) of wind and solar assets across CGN Fusion projects, ensuring operational continuity, safety, and energy delivery in compliance with contracted demand.
* Oversee and manage the full process of engineering service projects, technical renovation service projects, and O\&M collaboration initiatives within Fusion Company, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and delivery expectations.
* Define short\-, medium\- and long\-term operational strategies, structuring maintenance plans, lean management practices, and continuous improvement initiatives to maximise asset efficiency and performance.
* Control O\&M budgets and costs, manage the stock of large and medium components critical to asset operation, and ensure full budgetary compliance.
* Own the O\&M Board's KPIs and the annual Corporate Baseline targets, driving accountability across the operations team and reporting on results to executive leadership.
* Oversee the Operations Centre and serve as the technical authority for all assets in operation, ensuring all required authorisations and licences remain current and valid.
* Lead procurement and management of principal O\&M contracts, and manage the interface between the O\&M and engineering project teams to ensure alignment on capital improvements and asset upgrades.
* Be responsible for market development, project execution, and customer relationship management in the engineering service sector of Fusion Company, supporting commercial positioning and the sustainability of the business — including customer negotiation and liaison.
* Drive technological innovation by evaluating and implementing new O\&M solutions — including management software, retrofits, and performance\-enhancement systems — while leading the development and growth of the O\&M team.
* Ensure compliance with Social and Environmental Standards, Health and Safety at Work, and all applicable company policies — including those related to Compliance, Anti\-Bribery, quality, and environmental management.
* Maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all data and information handled within the scope of this role.
**The position requires on\-site work at the offices in São Paulo/SP and Fortaleza/CE.**
**Requisites and Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechatronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
* Active CREA registration.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in large\-scale energy sector companies, in engineering, substation, solar plant operations, or O\&M roles.
* At least 3 years in management positions within engineering or operations areas.
* Experience with international companies or large Chinese corporations is desirable.
* Internal candidates: minimum 3 years of management experience within the company.
* Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).
* Strong operational management capability, with a track record of driving innovation and organisational improvement.
* Familiarity with modern business management practices and intercultural communication skills.
* Knowledge of Brazilian energy sector regulations, policies, and market context.
* Availability for business travel.
