Your responsibilities in Social Outreach: * Conduct socioeconomic screening of families of our beneficiaries. * Perform monthly attendance monitoring and proactive outreach to infrequent students. * Conduct pre-scheduled home visits within the community. * Collaborate with the social protection network, making necessary referrals to safeguard children’s and adolescents’ rights. * Partner with Psychology and Coordination teams to support student development. Your responsibilities in the Strategic Axis (Institutional Projects): * Research, structure, and draft social and sports projects for funding calls. * Provide technical support for submitting proposals under the **Sports Incentive Law (SIL)**. * Develop social impact indicators and assist in drafting technical reports. What We Are Looking For: * Completed undergraduate degree in Social Work with an **active CRESS registration**. * Practical experience working with families in vulnerable situations and solid knowledge of the rights protection network. * Prior experience in technical writing of social projects and resource acquisition (familiarity with the Sports Incentive Law is a significant advantage). * Excellent written communication skills and empathy for community-based work.
