#### **Our values**
* **Solution-Oriented**: In our processes, identifying an issue is merely the first step toward resolving it. We address problems head-on and deliver solutions — driven by a proactive, action-oriented mindset that never spreads negativity.
* **Patient-Centered**: The patient is, and always will be, our reason for being. Therefore, the patient must remain at the center of all our decisions — guiding our practices according to their feedback and needs — so that, ultimately, their safety and well-being remain our top priority.
* **Kindness-Focused**: We know kindness toward others is the minimum standard in our interactions with patients, suppliers, and colleagues. We are always ready to assist and resolve whatever is within our reach — embracing patients and their families with empathy and compassion.
* **Teamwork-Oriented**: We value collective, collaborative work. We do what needs to be done — regardless of position, title, or hierarchy — because we understand that our work directly impacts our colleagues’ work. We function as a single, unified mechanism, where responsibility belongs to everyone.
* **Social Commitment**: We recognize our role and the importance of our work in building a fairer, more harmonious society — sharing knowledge to train new professionals, developing new treatment methods, and providing dignified, humanized medical care accessible to all.
