If you identify with our values, this opportunity may be right for you: * We are welcoming * We make things happen * We uphold social responsibility * We prioritize the patient * We embrace innovation **Responsibilities and duties** * Coordinate financial routines—including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury—ensuring process efficiency and timely execution. * Monitor cash flow, perform bank reconciliations, and control financial transactions. * Support controller activities through indicator analysis, performance evaluation, and preparation of management reports. * Oversee monthly financial closings, ensuring data consistency and reliability. * Develop and monitor finance-area performance indicators, proposing process improvements. * Support budget management by analyzing actual versus planned performance and identifying optimization opportunities. * Act as a financial consultant to management, contributing financial analyses for decision-making. * Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and internal controls. * Perform other tasks related to financial service delivery. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Proven experience leading financial routines, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, and controller functions. * Proficiency in management and data analysis tools, with emphasis on intermediate/advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, data analysis). * Experience with financial management systems (ERP). * Knowledge of financial closing procedures and management reporting. * Familiarity with financial, tax, and internal control legislation. **Additional information** * Employment type: Independent contractor (PJ) * Market-competitive remuneration ### **LEIRIA GROUP** Founded with the mission of delivering excellence in ophthalmic care, Hospital de Olhos Leiria de Andrade has built a legacy defined by innovation and dedication.
