Job Summary: Kitchen Assistant responsible for supporting food preparation, ingredient organization, and dish finishing, as well as ensuring kitchen cleanliness and food safety. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in ingredient preparation and organization 2. Assistance in dish assembly and finishing 3. Maintenance of cleanliness and food safety standards * Assist in cutting, washing, preparing, and organizing ingredients according to recipes and restaurant standards; * Help assemble and finish dishes under the guidance of chefs or cooks; * Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, wash utensils and surfaces, and ensure all food items are properly stored and within their expiration dates; * Assist in preparing hot dishes, cold dishes, salads, and appetizers; * Inspect the quality and quantity of delivered products and store them appropriately; * Provide direct support to chefs and cooks; * Ensure all tasks are performed in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, strictly adhering to regulations.
