We seek professionals who are committed, organized, and experienced in managing HR processes remotely for branches and external operations. Main responsibilities: * Conduct HR processes remotely for branches * Monitor quality and performance indicators * Develop employee improvement initiatives * Support team training and development * Conduct onboarding and follow-up for new employees * Assist leadership with team-related requests * Support recruitment and selection for operational and administrative positions * Ensure alignment among HR, operations, and branches Requirements: * Experience in the HR field * Experience with remote processes * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Organization, responsibility, and proactivity * Basic knowledge of Excel and administrative tools * Ability to work collaboratively and remotely * Profile oriented toward continuous improvement and quality **We offer:** Salary: R$ 2\.389,48 Food basket: R$ 110,52 VA: R$ 28,80 VT: 6% payroll deduction Health insurance \- Hapvida after 3 months Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.389,48 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work location: In-person
