Description

Job Summary: Perform general cleaning and maintenance services in facilities, collect and segregate waste, dilute cleaning products, and follow standard operating procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform cleaning and hygiene tasks in restaurants and kitchens. 2. Maintain organization, cleanliness, and restocking of disposable items. 3. Use products and equipment according to procedures and safety standards. Perform general cleaning and maintenance services in facilities, collect and segregate waste, dilute cleaning products, and carry out all tasks using provided utensils and standard operating procedures. 1. Clean restaurant premises. 2. Maintain proper kitchen hygiene. 3. Keep the kitchen orderly, including cleaning utensils. 4. Collect waste from storage areas, properly gathering it. 5. Perform pantry and kitchen tasks. 7. Perform other related tasks. 8. Restock disposable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, cups, soaps, and sanitizing solutions. 9. Clean glass surfaces and mirrors. 10. Water plants within the assigned area. 11. Report infrastructure deviations observed at the client’s site. 12. Accompany suppliers/third parties when requested. 13. Receive information and relay it to the immediate supervisor. 14. Collect, package, and segregate waste according to its generating group. 15. Clean pantry utensils and equipment. 16. Dilute cleaning products. 17. Use diluted cleaning products via dispensers. 18. Perform simple handling of small furniture. 19. Monitor cleaning material consumption and request restocking from the warehouse whenever necessary. 20. Check equipment conditions according to the client’s and/or Sodexo’s checklist before any activity and report any nonconformities to the immediate supervisor. 21. Properly use manual tools and equipment, as well as mechanized, electric, or combustion-powered equipment, in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and applicable safety regulations. 22. Carry out tasks according to established work plans and technical instructions. 23. Organize the work environment, materials, and utensils after task completion and at the end of the work shift. 24. Perform related tasks. 25. Participate in DDS (Safety Dialogue) with the operational team and safety technicians. 26. Be responsible for Health and Safety, and apply norms, procedures, and guidelines of the Health and Safety Management System. **Requirements:** * Experience in this role.
