***About the opportunity:*** We currently have openings for ***Civil Systems Maintenance Coordinator*** ***Mission:*** Responsible for team management and reporting to the Maintenance Director/Manager, the Civil Maintenance Coordinator oversees all aspects of airport infrastructure related to green areas, pavements, drainage, fencing, horizontal signage, as well as assigning personnel required to support\-him/her in executing these activities. This includes planning, managing, and supervising airport maintenance in accordance with the Concession Agreement requirements, applicable aviation legislation and regulations. ***Responsibilities:*** * Coordinate and supervise all maintenance and monitoring activities related to the following airport systems: green areas, pavements, micro/macro drainage, fencing, horizontal signage, vertical road signage; * Develop and maintain technical maintenance procedures, contingency plans, emergency response procedures, preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure continuity of airport operations; * Analyze and provide technical responses, supporting the Legal Department, to notifications issued by regulatory agencies such as ANAC, ANVISA, the Federal Revenue Service, among others; * Monitor and perform measurements of third-party companies’ performance, quality, cost, scope, and response time; * Oversee all activities performed by outsourced companies, ensuring service execution complies with contractual clauses; * Make necessary decisions during system failures, in coordination with the Maintenance Director/Manager, Operations Department, and other stakeholders; * Support the Procurement area in defining minimum spare parts inventory levels; * Prepare specifications, scopes, and technical documentation for contracting services within the coordinator’s area of responsibility; * Assist the Infrastructure area in the technical analysis of scopes and technical documentation for equipment related to EPC contracts and facility acceptance processes; * Ensure effective use of maintenance management software and pavement management systems; * Ensure compliance with labor legislation, occupational safety standards, and operational safety regulations and practices; * Recommend corrective actions based on risk analysis results concerning occupational and operational safety; * Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (RBAC 153 and 154\), such as timely submission of periodic testing and measurement reports; * Perform macrotexture measurement (sand patch test) on pavements and prepare technical measurement reports with Technical Responsibility Annotation \- ART; * Prepare and keep updated all regulatory documentation (including respective sections of the Aerodrome Operations Manual, as stipulated in RBAC 153\) related to systems under the coordinator’s responsibility; * Support the Maintenance Director/Manager in preparing managerial reports on costs, performance, and quality related to systems under the coordinator’s responsibility; * Guarantee 24/7, 365-day emergency maintenance response for Fraport across all areas of the airport site, per Maintenance Management guidelines. ***Specific Knowledge Requirements:*** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, registered with the Regional Council of Engineering and Architecture \- CREA\-CE. * Experience in design and/or maintenance of rigid (prestressed concrete) and flexible (asphalt concrete) pavements, preferably at airports; * Knowledge of international and national aviation regulations (ANAC RBAC 153; RBAC 154; ICAO Annex 14, etc.); * Experience operating Pavement Management Systems (PMS); * Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD. ***Academic Qualifications:*** * Completed undergraduate degree * Basic English proficiency ***Working Hours / Format:*** * Administrative shift (8 hours daily). * Schedule variations are possible. ***Who We Are:*** Fraport Brasil (operator of Fortaleza Airport and Porto Alegre Airport) is a Brazilian company and subsidiary of Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide — one of the global leaders in the airport industry, offering a comprehensive range of integrated airport management and consulting services. ***Our Values:*** Competence, Commitment, Reliability, Innovation, Respect ***What We Offer You:*** * **Meal and/or food allowance.** * Health insurance for you and your legal dependents, with co-payment and no monthly fee. * Telehealth and teleconsultation services via mobile app, including nutritional and sports coaching. * **Dental plan for you and your legal dependents, with no monthly fee.** * Group life insurance. * **Private pension plan (up to 6% of salary).** * Flexible working hours and remote work policy. * **We are a citizen company (Extended Maternity/Paternity Leave).** * Pharmacy partnerships. * **Annual bonus (subject to approval).** * Educational incentive (subject to approval). * **E-learning platform offering various courses for professional development.** * Daycare and school supplies assistance (for eligible employees). * **Employee Assistance Program for mental and emotional health.** We are human: **Diversity and inclusion are part of our culture.
