Job Summary: This professional will perform building maintenance, minor repairs, and general cleaning of indoor and outdoor areas, ensuring environmental organization and preservation. We are MIX LOGÍSTICA LTDA, a genuine 100% Ceará-based company operating in the transportation and logistics services sector for food and general goods. We transport products and goods from various Brazilian industries to supply wholesale, retail, and medium- to large-sized supermarkets across the state of Ceará. Our company is located in Maracanaú, in the metropolitan region of Fortaleza. Today, we operate a Logistics Operations Center covering a total area of 12,000 m², including an 8,000 m² warehouse. We currently employ approximately 50 staff members distributed across our internal and external operations. * Perform external area cleaning: window washing, restocking supplies in rooms, garbage removal; * Conduct building maintenance, paint repairs, and structural maintenance; * Prune trees within the condominium. * Perform minor repairs (light bulbs, faucets, outlets, locks) * Inspect basic electrical and plumbing installations * Identify issues (leaks, water infiltration, wear and tear) * Support simple painting and maintenance tasks * Supervise service providers when necessary * Clean offices, restrooms, and common areas * Sweeping, floor washing, and surface cleaning * Cleaning windows, furniture, and doors * Garbage collection and disposal * Restocking hygiene supplies * Maintain environmental organization and preservation * Use PPE correctly * Report complex maintenance needs * Manage cleaning supplies and tools **Working Hours:** 07:00 to 17:00 — Break: 12:00 to 13:00 (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday). **What We Offer:** * Meals provided at the workplace. **Join the MIX team!** Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Contract Salary: R$1.706,99 – R$1.707,00 per month Benefits: * Free parking Work Location: On-site
