Junior PCM Analyst (Planning and Control of Maintenance)

Job Summary: Professional responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling maintenance activities to maximize asset availability and reduce costs. Key Highlights: 1. Plan, schedule, control, and analyze equipment and facility maintenance activities; ✔ Ensure higher asset availability, improved operational reliability, and cost reduction; ✔ Develop preventive and predictive maintenance plans; ✔ Define intervention frequencies and update maintenance procedures; ✔ Plan required resources (labor, materials, and tools); ✔ Schedule maintenance activities according to operational priorities; ✔ Issue and control service orders; ✔ Coordinate schedules for planned shutdowns; ✔ Maintain updated equipment registry and intervention history; ✔ Analyze asset criticality and support decisions regarding equipment modernization or replacement; ✔ Control spare parts and materials, supporting technical procurement processes; ✔ Prepare management reports, performance indicators, and propose continuous improvements. **Education** * Completed or currently pursuing Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or Control and Automation Engineering; or Technologist in Building Maintenance **Desired Competencies** * Analytical ability and logical reasoning; * Organization and planning skills; * Knowledge of performance indicators (KPIs); * Experience with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with maintenance, operations, and management teams.
