Team development and continuous improvement **JOB DESCRIPTION** Responsible for leading the operations team to ensure adherence to operational processes, service quality, and customer satisfaction. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Manage and lead maintenance and cleaning teams to ensure service efficiency and quality, guaranteeing that facilities are always in excellent condition to welcome guests; * Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities across properties to ensure preservation and proper functionality; * Define work schedules and assign tasks to the team; * Monitor departmental operational performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement; * Manage the operational budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost minimization; * Train and develop the team to improve operational performance; * Ensure accountability; * Fleet and fuel management; * Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, propose solutions, and implement measures to enhance operational efficiency and quality. * Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment for the team. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Proficiency in technology; * Availability to work on weekends; * Genuine interest in leadership and organizational development; * Proactivity, organization, and strong interpersonal skills; * Prior experience in team leadership/management is considered a plus; * Experience in logistics is an added advantage. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** * Base salary: BRL 2,083.00 + BRL 850.00 allowance (meals + transportation) * Employment type: CLT (44 hours per week) * Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off * On-site work * Work location: Fortaleza – CE * Working hours: 08:00 to 16:20 **BENEFITS** * Hapvida Health Plan (optional enrollment – 50% covered by the company); * Access to Odont Dental Plan (optional enrollment); * Access to TotalPass (fitness program); * Personalized psychological support; * Birthday day-off; * Numerous initiatives designed with you in mind ❤️ **ABOUT CARPEDIEM HOMES** We are the largest vacation rental property manager in Northeast Brazil.
