Job Summary: Lead and guide the operational team, overseeing routines such as order picking, shipping, receiving, and warehousing; assign tasks and monitor team performance. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on communication and people management. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead and guide the operational team. * Monitor and ensure execution of order picking, shipping, receiving, and warehousing routines. * Assign tasks and monitor team performance, ensuring discipline and organization. * Conduct training sessions, alignment meetings, and feedback with the team. * Report incidents, KPIs, and operational demands to the immediate manager. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Proven experience leading operational teams, preferably in logistics. * Knowledge of warehousing, order picking, shipping, and receiving routines. * Strong communication, people management, and conflict resolution skills.
