Job Summary: Professional to lead the shipping team, manage inventory, and ensure quality and organization of shipments, integrating information with logistics and production. Key Highlights: 1. Loading organization and safety **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education, with logistics knowledge. * Basic technical drawing reading ability (preferred); * ERP system knowledge; * Clear communication skills; * Flexible working hours. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Verify pre-bills of lading, invoices, and bills of lading; manage finished goods inventory; * Lead the shipping team, with people management skills and strong interpersonal relationships; * Ensure compliance with quality standards; * Organize loading and truck dispatch, maintaining departmental organization and safety; * Integrate information with logistics and production; * Desired ability to understand weights, measurements, and technical specifications, ensuring correct material identification (batch, traceability); * Supervise proper load securing and packaging (heavy loads), maintaining organization and control.
