Performance analysis and insight development An ice cream company is seeking a Trade Marketing Coordinator in Maracanaú. Abler is a company specialized in technological solutions and innovation, offering services aimed at optimizing processes and improving business efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Manage the annual calendar of campaigns, activations, and seasonal initiatives. Break down strategies into tactical plans by state and channel. Plan in-store (PDV) experiences and conversion-focused actions. Coordinate the Trade Marketing team (head office staff, promoters, and suppliers). Ensure execution of planograms, materials, and visual standards. Supervise PDV through visits, checklists, and audits. Organize sampling, activations, and logistics of promotional materials. Monitor KPIs and analyze performance by state and channel. Evaluate campaigns, generate insights, and map competitors. Integrate Marketing, Sales, Operations, and distributors. Manage suppliers and implement Trade Marketing processes and standards. Propose improvements and create differentiated in-store activations. Coordinate LSM (Low\-Scale Manufacturing) activities in company-owned and franchised stores.
