Communicate daily with the manager and sales staff regarding goals and results. Serve customers on social media, promoting engagement. Monitor sales campaigns with the marketing team. Support in-store activations and sales growth initiatives. Prepare performance presentations using Excel and PowerPoint. Assist in organizing events and promotional activities. Keep the loyalty club database up to date. Collaborate with suppliers to develop offers and benefits. Comply with company policies and procedures. Attend meetings and training sessions as required. Perform other duties related to the role. Position based in Fortaleza / CE.
