Comprehensive management of store operations and administration. **Proven experience as a Store Manager recorded in the CTPS (Work Record Book)** **Completed higher education degree** in Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields. **Sales Team and Operations Management** * Coordinate, develop, and evaluate the store team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment. **Goal and Performance Indicator Monitoring** * Monitor daily store results (sales, average transaction value, conversion rate, productivity) and propose action plans for continuous improvement. **Customer Experience Assurance** * Ensure customer service standards, promoting a welcoming, agile, and personalized shopping journey. **Inventory and Logistics Operations Control** * Supervise inventories, goods receipt, and product restocking, ensuring warehouse organization and inventory accuracy. **Commercial Campaign Monitoring and Execution** * Implement promotional activities and sales campaigns according to company guidelines, ensuring execution with team engagement. **Store Administrative Management** * Ensure correct execution of opening/closing procedures, cash flow management, expense control, asset security, and managerial reporting. **Interaction with Corporate Management** Compensation: R$3\.571,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Partnerships and commercial discounts * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * What was the last store you managed, and what results were achieved in the most recent quarter?
