Collaborative and inclusive work environment RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: · Develop and coordinate strategic marketing plans aligned with organizational objectives and ROI metrics; · Ensure execution of multichannel campaigns (digital and offline) focused on generating qualified demand; · Coordinate, guide, and develop the marketing team; · Performance management and KPI monitoring (Google Analytics, Power BI, RD Station); · Budget and investment management for the marketing department; · Act with integrity, transparency, and ethical responsibility in all activities. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS What you need: · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields; · Minimum 2\-3 years managing funnel management campaigns with measurable ROI; · Proven experience with RD Station, HubSpot, or similar marketing automation platforms; · Portfolio required, including case studies demonstrating: CAC, conversion rate, and financial impact; · Preferably in SaaS, EdTech, or the education sector. Bonus points if you have: · Postgraduate degree in Project and Process Management, Controllership, or related areas; · CRM (integration with marketing automation); · SEO knowledge (on\-page optimization, keyword research); · Google Ads and Meta Ads (campaign management, budgeting, optimization).
