Provide financial management support to the company by conducting detailed financial data analyses, controlling employee cash flow, managing accounts payable and receivable, and contributing to strategic planning and decision-making. * Monitor and reconcile the company's bank accounts, ensuring balance accuracy and transaction compliance; * Support preparation of financial reports for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations; * Conduct financial analyses, including cost, revenue, profit margin, and key performance indicator (KPI) evaluations; * Provide budgeting planning support, monitoring budget execution and analyzing variances against forecasts; * Assist in implementing and maintaining internal financial processes to optimize operational efficiency; * Operate financial systems and invoice generation systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity; * Collaborate on short-term and long-term financial planning, providing data and information for decision-making; * Maintain contact with suppliers and customers to ensure fulfillment of financial obligations and seek more favorable payment or collection terms; * Help ensure compliance with the company's established financial and commercial agreements; * Prepare reports on accounts payable and receivable status, proposing solutions to optimize the financial cycle; * Prepare and analyze periodic financial reports, such as Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements, to provide insights to management; * Support development of financial scenarios and revenue and expense projections.
