




Job Summary: An optical sales professional responsible for customer service, sales management, order control, and exchange/return processes. Key Highlights: 1. Optical product sales and specialized customer service 2. Sales target tracking and order fulfillment 3. Service order management and delivery quality Sell optical products (eyeglasses, contact lenses, sunglasses, and accessories); Serve customers according to the company's established standards, following the Sales Protocol steps; Monitor daily individual sales to ensure achievement of the monthly target; Track sales of complete eyeglasses (O.C.), ensuring report completion and achievement of biweekly and monthly targets via KPIs (Infoboard); Register customers in the system; Perform necessary measurements to ensure technically accurate optical sales; Process exchanges and returns (customer-facing and system-based); Monitor service orders with the laboratory to ensure on-time delivery as communicated to the customer; Verify laboratory-delivered service orders against original requests (quality and condition checks) and deliver them during the 'magic moment'; Generate and receive cash bags; Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) * Totalpass * Transportation Allowance * Life Insurance * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * gympass
