We are looking for a **Manager** to directly oversee our team and ensure smooth operations at our complex. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Prepare staff leave schedules and working hours; * Monitor employee performance and provide continuous feedback; * Place replenishment orders for merchandise with suppliers; * Develop action plans to improve sales and key performance indicators; * Manage the team, monitoring productivity and results; * Ensure standard opening and closing procedures for the arena; * Use reports to support strategic decision-making; * Resolve conflicts and ensure the best customer experience; * Prepare budgets for events held at the arena. **WHAT WE SEEK** * Completed high school education (ongoing undergraduate studies are a plus); * Experience in sales, retail, and customer service; * Experience leading teams and managing operational routines; * Flexible availability; * Communicative, proactive, solution-oriented, and team-spirited profile. **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS** * Salary: **R$ 2.200,00** * Sales commission * Meal allowance (VA) * Transportation allowance (VT) **WORK SCHEDULE** * Monday to Wednesday: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM; Thursday to Friday: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM; Saturdays on rotating schedule. **ADDITIONAL ADVANTAGE** We seek an energetic, proactive individual eager to grow with the business and contribute directly to operational results and continuous improvement.
