Collaborative work with multidisciplinary areas to optimize processes **JOIN MODA COLMEIA** **LOCATION: FORTALEZA \- CE** **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or related fields; * Minimum 3 years of experience in Planning, Production Control (PCP), Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or related areas; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, charts, and data analysis); * Power BI knowledge is a plus; * Experience in inventory management, material planning, production capacity, and performance indicators; * Experience in fashion, retail, or apparel manufacturing companies; * Analytical, organized, proactive, and results-oriented profile; * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Update and analyze daily planning, sales, inventory, and production indicators; * Develop and maintain collection planning, considering sales history, inventory levels, production capacity, and commercial calendar; * Create and manage production and supply schedules, monitoring their execution; * Monitor availability of raw materials and trims, flagging potential supply risks; * Track coverage, turnover, stockouts, and excess inventory indicators, proposing corrective actions; * Prepare management reports, dashboards, and analyses to support decision-making; * Consolidate information from Sales, Procurement, Production, and Logistics departments for S\&OP meetings; * Monitor production capacity and identify constraints affecting demand fulfillment; * Conduct demand, capacity, and inventory studies and simulations to support operational planning; * Identify opportunities to improve Planning and Supply Chain processes, proposing actions to increase efficiency. **BENEFITS:** * Transportation allowance; * Meal voucher; * Optional dental plan; * Optional health insurance; * Discount on brand products; * EAD training platform; * Partnerships with educational institutions. * Wellhub (GymPass); * Pharmacy discount (Pague Menos); * Telemedicine and online therapy. **JOIN A TEAM THAT CREATES WITH PURPOSE AND DRESSES WITH PASSION!**
